Bad breath bible
OK I’m not implying anything about you - or admitting anything about myself. But bad breath is surely something we all worry about from time to time isn’t it? I don’t think I have bad breath, but I don’t know for sure, I only know that no one’s ever said I have. However, I’ve never had the courage to tell anyone they have bad breath either and I’ve encountered people who’s breath is so bad it makes the whole room smell or I have to turn away when they talk to me face to face.
I found this 53 page free pdf booklet which claims to be the bad breath bible. While I haven’t had time to read it all, it does look extremely comprehensive indeed. The booklet is freely downloadable and contains an amazing amount of free information although clearly the whole idea is to try and sell us products.
I can’t vouch for how good the advice is and I have no affiliation with it (although I did buy a metal tongue scraper from them some years back) but it seems to be a very useful thing to me - Bad breath Bible
