Bank fraud, phishing scams etc. - you might not get the money back
According to the banking code, bank account holders, “you must use up-to-date anti-virus and spyware software and a personal firewall” and “If you act without reasonable care, and this causes losses, you may be responsible for them”
If I have had money withdrawn from my account by criminals, will I get a full refund?
